Q: How do I go about having my Apple device repaired?
A: You can bring it in to any iRepair.ca location or mail your device to either our service centre in Toronto or Vancouver. 

Q: Do you have a diagnosis fee?
A: Diagnosis is free for iPhones, iPads, & iPods unless otherwise specified because of water damage.

Q: What is the turnaround time on repairs?
A: Most repairs can be done while you wait. If mailing your device, repairs are completed and shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt.


Q: Will I lose my data?
A: It is rare but we cannot guarantee that there will be no data loss, therefore we recommend you back up any important files before sending us your device.

Q: Do you use original Apple parts?
A: We use a mix of 
original and OEM high quality after market parts depending on the device and availably in the market.

Q: What payment methods do you except?
A: We accept Interac, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, & Email Money Transfer.

Q: How long is your warranty?
A: Parts and services are covered by a 6 month warranty. This does not include accidental damage or misuse.
